The Institute for Professional Development (IPD) is an organization that provides comprehensive marketing services, in addition to other services, for our client colleges and universities. IPD is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We therefore want to inform you what information we collect, how it is used, and how you can contact us to modify or remove your information.

In addition, we collect personally identifiable information that is volunteered by you, including but not limited to your contact information (e.g. mailing address, email addresses, telephone numbers, etc.), educational experience, and/or degree programs of interest.
How We Use This Information
The information we collect is used by us for various purposes, including contacting you for marketing purposes, to inform you about our client colleges’ and universities’ educational offerings, and in order to make modifications to our site to enhance your user experience.
In addition, from time to time, we make the information collected available to other organizations, including but not limited to other colleges or universities whose products or services we think you might find interesting.
Sale of Assets/Acquisition of IPD
If IPD sells assets or IPD is acquired or merged with another entity, you agree that IPD may provide to such entity all information that you have provided that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without obtaining your further consent.
Governing Law
IPD is a United States corporation with its principal place of business located in Arizona. By using this site, you agree that the interpretation and enforcement of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without regards to its conflicts of law provisions.

We will take commercially reasonable measures to secure and store your information to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. Although we will utilize such measures, we do not guarantee you against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.
Children’s Privacy
We are very sensitive to the issue of children’s privacy. Our site(s) are neither developed for, nor directed at children under 13 years of age. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information or registered at one of our sites, and you would like to have this information removed, please contact us.
