Master's Degrees at Montreat College
The Montreat College campus location in North Carolina provides adult students with an accredited master's degree program in a variety of specialties. The advanced Montreat College master's degree is granted to adult students who complete the required major-specific coursework and the supplementary general courses. The Montreat College master's level education is much more demanding than the associate or bachelor's level programs with a more accelerated curriculum and highly dedicated students.

The Master of Arts in Education program is designed specifically for the professional educator. The M.A.Ed. Master of Science in Management and Leadership
Degree Description The MSML degree is designed for adult learners with a qualitative focus on developing the skills needed to excel professionally as a manger, but more specifically as a leader and to meet personal goals. This graduate degree seeks to prepare students in maximizing their potential as individuals, preparing them for leadership positions and achieving organizational excellence in today's competitive marketplace. The curriculum is designed to address all facets of management including: leaders as individuals (self), the relationship with the organizational members and stakeholders (others), leaders as heads of the organization (as part of an open system), and strategy builders (competitive advantage).
