Bachelor’s Degree Programs at Montreat College


The Montreat College accredited bachelor's degree program requires the completion of advanced coursework in the adult student’s chosen field of interest. Montreat College students earn their bachelor’s degree in order to graduate with the accredited distinction and advance in their career or to continue on to the accredited Montreat College master’s degree program. This North Carolina college provides adult students with a number of programs and fields to choose from and makes earning a bachelor’s degree manageable as students maintain their personal and professional lives.

Bachelor of Business Administration with Concentration in Human Resources


Degree Description
The Concentration in Human Resource Management program addresses issues that the HR employee faces daily, from legal matters to staff recruitment and development. It is designed for those who have functional responsibility to carry out the duties of an organization’s human resource department: seasoned HR staff members wishing to keep current; newcomers to the field requiring new knowledge and skills; or specialists wanting to broaden their knowledge base. The program focuses on practical applications and techniques associated with the principles of human resource management. Students in this program will learn practical solutions to critical issues that impact the workplace every day.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration


Degree Description
The Bachelor of Business Administration degree enables students to work effectively in today’s complex business environment. The program is designed to balance theory and practical experiences and promotes a complimentary relationship between job skills and classroom applications.

Bachelor of Science in Management


Degree Description
The Bachelor of Science in Management is the newest undergraduate degree and focuses on building interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage or supervise, directly or indirectly, the work of others. Each student’s learning experience culminates with the completion of a service project illustrating his/her ability to make a significant contribution to the business world. As with all course work in the School of Professional and Adult Studies, students are encouraged to use their class assignments to solve real work dilemmas.
